The Vital Spark represents the true essence of an individual’s authentic self. It encompasses the dynamic qualities that drive personal growth, creativity, and self-assertion. We must embark on a transformative journey transcending societal norms and expectations to find the Vital Spark. This involves confronting and reclaiming the parts of ourselves that we have neglected, suppressed, or disowned, often due to societal, familial, or self-imposed constraints.
