A message from Lisa and Deb: We wanted to take a moment to update you about something many of you have been asking us about for a while: Joseph's absence from the podcast.

We've seen your questions and other messages wondering what happened. We very much wanted to address this issue sooner, and we're grateful for everyone's patience. The fact is, there's been an ongoing dispute between Joseph and the two of us in how we work together, which also involves the management of the company that produces this podcast.

Earlier this summer, Joseph brought a lawsuit against our company and against each of us individually. Because that matter is still working its way through the legal process, we felt it wouldn't be appropriate to speak publicly about it, and we do not intend to get into any details at this time. Nothing we say today is meant to characterize Joseph, the management of the company, or the dispute between us in any particular manner. We just felt we needed to address Joseph’s absence because of your ongoing questions.

We're not going to use this space to debate any of the legal issues in dispute, and we're not asking anyone to take a side. But we did want to let you know why we are not currently working together. Deb and I are going to continue hosting this podcast together, and we believe Joseph will continue to offer his monthly live event as part of Dream School.

The current situation makes us genuinely sad. We know many of you have grown attached to hearing our three voices together, and we don't take that for granted. Despite these changes, we assure you that we are committed to continuing to produce high quality episodes for you all, and we ask please for everyone's understanding and continued patience as the legal process plays out.
